Hannah was born, raised and has lived in the local community for over 38 years and has practiced real estate for over 19 years. At the age of 18, Hannah acquired her Georgia real estate license and went on to pursue her Georgia Broker's license. Upon graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2009, with a Bachelor's in Business Management & Finance, she began her career in real estate with Duckworth Properties. Hannah's background in finance along with her superior knowledge of the local market makes her a single point of contact for all your home buying needs. Hannah maintains her ranking within the industry and surpasses her quotas, as one of the top producing agents within the firm. Each year, Melton surpasses her goal and for 2021 and as of 2022 she has reached over $41 million in sales. When Hannah is not working with buyers and sellers to find their next dream home, you can find her with family and friends enjoying the outdoors!
